We work across acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, and strategic restructurings — acting from an ownership and control perspective rather than as an intermediary. Transactions are not a product. They are a consequence of correctly designed structures. Our involvement typically includes: * structuring and execution of private capital transactions * acquisition and disposal of strategic assets * capital raising for controlled platforms and projects * restructuring of ownership and governance frameworks We participate selectively and discreetly, focusing on situations where capital, timing, and structure align.
